Events

Griffith Park Evening Hikes: Tuesday and Thursday evenings starting promptly at 7pm from the Travel Town parking lot on the north side of Griffith Park. On Wednesday evening at 7 pm you can meet African-American hiker and leader, Stag Brown, and see if you can keep up. The hikes are 1.5 to 2 hours long and are at 6 levels of difficulty from strenuous (level 6) to very easy (level 1). Lug shoe shoes are recommended as the hikes can vary from road to steep loose trail.

You can also find so great outdoor activities at the Sierra Club's Angeles Chapter website (Los Angeles and Orange Counties).

Interested in a great local outdoor experience class? Sign up for the Wilderness Travel Course.

If you have an interest in other local hikes let me know and we can plan them OR YOU CAN JUST SIT ON THE COUCH and hope for the best.
